Lawyers conference meeting “Causing and Compensating Damages and Insurance”
Lawyer Nenad Krstic, one of the partners of the founders Janjić, Stefanović, Krstić and Milovanović attorney’s office, participated in the work of the XX International Scientific Conference “Causing and Compensating Damages and Insurance”, which was held from 14th to 16th September this year, in Zrenjanin, in the hotel “Vojvodina”, organized by the Association for Compensatory Law, the Institute for Comparative Law and the Judicial Academy from Belgrade.
Participation in the scientific gathering this year had more than 30 distinguished scientists and practitioners from the country and abroad who provided this international meeting with the status of an international conference, not only because of the presence of foreign experts, but primarily because of the quality of the articles analyzed by the legislation, the case law and the legal doctrine of different countries.
