In order to ensure the protection of copyrights and intellectual property rights on the Internet, while at the same time respecting the principle of the freedom of the Internet, we use a multidisciplinary approach through deep familiarity with both domestic legal regulations and multilateral international agreements, adapted EU regulations, case law of the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg and The European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, as well as the regulations and practices of international institutions such as: WIPO, ICANN, WTO and others.
