Replacement of old health ID cards

The deadline for replacing old health cards for new electronic cards is December 31, 2016. From today, citizens who have not yet submitted a request for a replacement, can do this via the Internet, on the eGovernment portal.
Citizens who have not yet filed a request for replacing the old health certificate for a new electronic health insurance card will have the opportunity to do so via the eGovernment Portal (www.euprava.gov.rs) on Thursday, November 10, 2016.
The whole procedure is simple and suited to users with basic knowledge of computer work. The new service also envisages the possibility of submitting a new document to the address where the applicant is registered in the Republic Health Insurance Fund (RFZO) and this address will be offered as an option when completing the application.
The cost of making is 400 dinars per one health card, for citizens who want to personally take it at the competent branch of RFZO. Citizens who choose to deliver a health card at the selected address pay the amount of 469 dinars for one health card. If citizens want to perform a service and for more members of their families who are insured over them, one payment will be paid for all members of the family for whom the request is submitted.
Due to data protection, RFZO will deliver an envelope with a card specifically for each person. If, during delivery, the applicant is not at the specified address, he will be given a notice where he may subsequently take over the card.
Citizens who have already paid the fee but did not submit a request at the RFZO affiliates can repeat the request through the Portal and re-pay, with the choice whether they want to deliver to the selected address or not. The original payment can be refunded by a standard procedure for recovering the administrative fee.
The Republican Health Insurance Fund invites citizens to make new health cards through the national eGovernment portal and remind them that the Law on Health Insurance (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” No. 107/2005, 109/2005 – exp., 57/2011, 110 / 2012 – decision US, 119/2012, 99/2014, 123/2014, 126/2014 – decision US, 106/2015 and 10/2016 – other law) prescribed deadline for submission of application on December 31, 2016.
